We provide a consultancy service for our clients in that we organize familiarisation presentations and tours on desirable UK properties including off-market properties. Our clients are both UK based and International. We also provide reverse market insight for British investors in regard to special properties in Turkey.

There is no pressure factor of commission-driven sale in our services. We work on a pre-determined fee basis whether there is a sale transaction or not while genuinely watching the interests of our clients. Our services are including but limited to providing a well-searched insight into latest market trends, property-specific analysis on ROI, value and risks, forecasting and by negotiating on behalf of our clients.

Our company as an entity is young while the founders possess an extensive experience in the targeted property market and an extensive network of professional contacts. Additionally, we help our clients with facilitating the local management of Rent and Maintenance for their properties.
